Who We Are
VeriTrace Intelligence is a desk-based open-source intelligence (OSINT) and fraud intelligence consultancy, registered in England and Wales. Founded by Tony Merrill and Vivienne Westwood, we combine backgrounds in fraud investigation, law, and analytical intelligence to deliver clear, evidence-based reporting for organisations that need to verify people, entities, and risk before they commit resources.
What Sets Us Apart
All findings are graded against a proprietary source-reliability standard, based on the methodologies used by the U.K. Government, so clients know exactly how much weight to place on each finding. We work exclusively from lawfully accessible, open-source information — we do not conduct covert surveillance, pretexting, or device access. Reports are delivered as clear, structured, decision-ready packs.
